Delivery information

If you have selected a Digital Railcard, you just have to add it to your smart device by following these steps:

  1. Download and install the Railcard app from Google Play or the Apple Store
  2. Enter your digital Railcard code in the “Add Railcard Screen”

That’s it.

Selected a plastic Railcard? They’ll be dispatched either by Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery.

All orders received before 5pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) or 11am (Saturday) will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Tickets sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery are guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm the next working day. Bookings made on a Friday or Saturday morning (before 11am) will be delivered on the following Monday. Bookings made on a Saturday (after 11am) or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

If you select Royal Mail Special Delivery, there is a guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day for all orders placed before 5pm. You will also be fully compensated for the cost of the Railcard in the unlikely event it is lost during delivery. Please note that items sent by Special Delivery do need to be signed for when delivered, so please make sure that there is someone at the delivery address you give who will be able to receive it, otherwise you may have to collect it from your local Royal Mail Delivery office.
